Key elements of the company’s strategy are the development of novel therapeutics and the discovery of therapeutic targets in the field of ageing related disorders. Our current focus is on the development of Prodarsan® for the treatment of Cockayne Syndrome (“CS”), an orphan disease in which people suffer from accelerated ageing due to deficiencies in their DNA repair machinery. Other areas of interest include disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), osteoporosis and nutritional products.
